Connecting the Atlantic marine research and innovation community

The All-Atlantic2021 "Atlantic Cooperation in Research and Innovation for a Sustainable Ocean: High-Level Ministerial and Stakeholder Conference" launched a survey to identify and characterize stakeholders interested in promoting marine Research and Innovation (R&I) across the Atlantic, thus strengthening the Atlantic Marine Research and Innovation community.

This survey aims to contribute to strengthen R&I cooperation in the Atlantic Ocean, from "Pole to Pole". This survey will allow to identify the stakeholders that may contribute and participate in the All-Atlantic2021 Conference, as well as in the Pledging activities and the side events and initiatives associated with the event.

The information collected in this survey may also feed a database accessible through All-Atlantic Ocean Research Alliance Portal. This list will comprise stakeholders from various sectors, from government institutions, science centers, industry and civil society, whose work, skills and experience may be relevant to fostering transatlantic cooperation in the scientific areas and respective strategic objectives of the conference.

The All-Atlantic2021 Conference will take place under the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the European Union, in close cooperation with the European Commission, on 3-4 June 2021, in Ponta Delgada, Portugal.
