In the course, participants will learn more about the importance of using the standards set by the European Cooperation for Space Standardization (ECSS). The course gives an overview of how and why these standards are used in ESA and the space sector, and helps to understand how the use of these standards is key to going further in the areas of research and development without having to "reinvent the wheel" all the time.

The course is organized by ESA's Education Office, in collaboration with ESA's Requirements, Standards and Engineering Knowledge Office. Applications will be accepted until April 23rd.
