FCT marks presence at Futurália 2019

Futurália - education, training and employability fair of Lisbon will take place from 3 to 6 April at FIL, Parque da Nações, and the FCT will be present. As in previous editions, the FCT will be integrated in the "Espaço Capital Humano" promoted by PO CH (Human Capital Operational Program), the entity that cofinances its doctoral Studentships .

This is the fourth presence of FCT at Futurália. The Foundation ensures the operation of two stands: one, institutional, aims to make known the possibilities of funded support; in the other, the FCT has the support of the scientific community to make known the science and technology produced in the country and to raise awareness among visitors for advanced training in these areas.

In this second panel, R&D Units that host doctoral fellows funded by FCT using funds allocated by PO CH are represented. The PhD students will present their projects and work, and answer the question "what is a PhD" in their area. Seven units accepted the invitation launched by FCT to participate in the Fair, in which they will be represented by about 20 researchers.
