FCT at Qualifica from February 28th to March 3rd

The FCT will be present at Qualifica - Education, Training, Youth and Employment Fair - which runs from 28 February to 3 March at EXPONOR (Porto). FCT's participation will be integrated in the stand of the Human Capital Operational Program(PO CH), entity that co-funds its doctoral programs Studentships .

This is the fourth presence of FCT at Qualifica. The Foundation ensures the operation of two stands: one, institutional, aims to make known the possibilities of funded support; in the other, FCT relies on the support of the scientific community to make known the science and technology produced in the country and to make visitors aware of advanced training in these areas.

In this second panel, R&D Units that host doctoral fellows funded by FCT using funds allocated by PO CH are represented. The PhD students will present their projects and work, and answer the question "what is a PhD" in their area. Seven units accepted the invitation launched by FCT to participate in the Fair, in which they will be represented by about 30 researchers.
