FCT's new website now available in Beta Version

On the first day of Science 2022 - Meeting with Science and Technology in Portugal (May 16), which this year is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of FCT, the President of FCT, Helena Pereira, unveiled the new FCT website. In her words, the new FCT website is "something that has long been expected by the scientific community.

Still in a beta version and in a phase of content migration from the old website, the new website shows a complete process of renewal and access to content, which can be accompanied by the national scientific community, which will be able to contribute with suggestions, promoting a productive dialogue with who will be the main users of the website.

The new website is intended to contribute to greater accessibility and interaction of the institution with citizens, the scientific community, companies and other similar entities, public entities and programs related to science and technology. The new design enhances a more intuitive and clear information architecture, suited to the communication needs of FCT and its users and compatible with the mobile devices used on a daily basis, ensuring a good user experience.

Another new feature of the new site is the fact that it already uses the new FCT logo. Soon, the logo will be available in its various formats to be adopted by the various entities and persons funded by the FCT in the media advertising of funding.
